Biography
Jerry Hyman was an accomplished actor who appeared in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. Hyman began his acting career in film, appearing in such titles as the Jonathan Segal adaptation "Megilah '83" (1982), the Yona Elian drama "The Last Winter" (1982) and the Dudley Moore comedy "Best Defense" (1984). He also appeared in the TV movie "Countdown to Looking Glass" (HBO, 1984-85). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the eighties and the nineties, appearing in the action film "Iron Eagle" (1986) with Louis Gossett Jr., the action movie "The Delta Force" (1986) with Chuck Norris and the action picture "Deadly Outbreak" (1996) with Ron Silver. His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Escape: Human Cargo" (Showtime, 1997-98). Hyman had a number of different projects under his belt in the nineties through the 2010s, including "Eco-Challenge: Path to Patagonia" "Sinbad: The Battle of the Dark Knights" (HBO, 1999-2000) and "Deadly Australians" (Travel Channel, 2000-01). His credits also expanded to "Boardwalk Empire" (HBO, 2010). Hyman most recently acted in "Friends with Benefits" (2011) with Justin Timberlake.
