Biography
Actor-musician Jose Espinoza made a splash in Hollywood both on and off-screen for more than four decades. In his early acting career, Espinoza appeared in such films as "Sierra Baron" (1958), the action film "Villa!" (1958) with Brian Keith and the drama "Jet Over the Atlantic" (1960) with Guy Madison. He also appeared in the comedy "Hammersmith Is Out" (1972) with Elizabeth Taylor. In the nineties and the early 2000s, Espinoza devoted his time to various credits, such as "Behind Enemy Lines" (HBO, 1996), "Malcolm in the Middle" (Fox, 1999-2006) and "Never Been Kissed" (1999). He also worked on "Price of Glory" with Jimmy Smits (2000). More recently, he tackled roles on "Resurrection Blvd." (2000-03), "Maybe It's Me" (Warner Bros. Television Network, 2001-02) and "Line of Fire" (ABC, 2003-04). Espinoza's music was most recently featured in the Ashton Kutcher romantic comedy "A Lot Like Love" (2005).
