Biography
Barbara Howard was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. She worked in series television while getting her start in acting, including a part on "Falcon Crest" (CBS, 1981-1990). She appeared in a number of television specials, including "Tickets, Please" (CBS, 1988-89) and "Fair Game" (NBC, 1988-89). Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Those Secrets" (ABC, 1991-92). Following that project, she acted on the silver screen, including roles in "Lucky Stiff" (1990), the comedic drama "White Palace" (1990) with Susan Sarandon and the Ross Partridge horror sequel "Amityville: A New Generation" (1993). Additionally, she appeared on the television special "The Nerd" (NBC, 1995-96). She also appeared in the comedy "Music From Another Room" (1998) with Jude Law. She held additional roles in television including a part on "The Nanny" (CBS, 1993-99). Most recently, Howard acted in "Where's Marlowe?" (1999).
