Biography
Maurizio Donadoni has built an incredible presence on the big screen throughout his acting career. Donadoni's earliest roles were in film, including the Ornella Muti drama "Il Futuro e Donna" (1984), the David Brandon comedy "Prima del Futuro" (1985) and the Robin Renucci drama "Le Mal d'aimer" (1986). He also appeared in the thriller "The Moro Affair" (1986) with Gian Maria Volonte, the crime picture "Caramelle da un Sconosciuto" (1987) with Barbara DeRossi and the sci-fi motion picture "High-Frequency" (1989) with Vincent Spano. He kept working in film throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, starring in "Evelina e i suoi figli" (1990), the biopic drama "Una Vita Scellerata" (1990) with Wadeck Stanczak and the drama "Riflessi in un Cielo Scuro" (1991) with Francoise Fabian. He also appeared in "Testimone a rischio" (1997) with Fabrizio Bentivoglio and "Bear's Kiss" (2002) with Rebekka Liljeberg. His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "In Love and War" (CBS, 2001-02). More recently, he tackled roles in the drama "My Mother's Smile" (2005) with Sergio Castellitto, "Fuoco Su Di Me" (2006) and "Mare Nero" (2006). He also appeared in "The Wedding Director" (2008) with Sergio Castellitto, the Monica Bellucci dramatic biopic "Wild Blood" (2008) and the Isabella Rossellini dramatic adaptation "La Solitudine dei Numeri Primi" (2010). Donadoni most recently acted in the Diego Abatantuono comedy "Cose Dell'altro Mondo" (2011).
