Over the duration of her Hollywood career, Susanna Hoffs produced music for multiple Hollywood productions. Hoffs began her entertainment career with her music featured in films like the action movie "The Goonies" (1985) with Sean Astin, the David Byrne comedy "True Stories" (1986) and the action picture "Under Cover" (1987) with David Neidorf. Her music also appeared in the action film "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (1992) with Kristy Swanson. An actress as well as a musician, Hoffs played a part in "Stony Island" (1978) and "The Allnighter" (1987). In the nineties, Hoffs's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the Rowan Atkinson comedy "Bean" (1997) and the Mike Myers hit comedy sequel "Austin Powers: the Spy Who Shagged Me" (1999). Hoffs's music was also featured in the drama "Sherrybaby" (2006) with Maggie Gyllenhaal, "The Heartbreak Kid" (2007) with Ben Stiller and the Adam Sandler blockbuster comedic adventure "Bedtime Stories" (2008).
