Biography
Howard Hoffman worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Hoffman began his acting career appearing in various films, such as "I Died a Thousand Times" (1955) with Jack Palance, the horror feature "House on Haunted Hill" (1958) with Vincent Price and the adaptation "Macabre" (1958) with William Prince. He also appeared in the Richard Egan dramatic adaptation "A Summer Place" (1959). In the fifties and the nineties, Hoffman devoted his time to various credits, such as "The Untouchables" (ABC, 1959-1963), "Strait-Jacket" with Joan Crawford (1964) and "Doug" (Nickelodeon, 1990-98). He also worked on "MDA Jerry Lewis Telethon" (1992-93). Hoffman was most recently credited in "Free Radio" (VH1, 2007-09). Hoffman passed away in June 1969 at the age of 76.
