Joe Higgins was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He began his acting career with roles in the series "The Rifleman" (1958-1963), "The Twilight Zone" (CBS, 1959-1964) and "Arrest and Trial" (ABC, 1963-65). He also acted in various movies at the time, including "Geronimo" (1962) and "Flipper" (1963) with Chuck Connors. His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "The Ballad of Andy Crocker" (ABC, 1969-1970). In the sixties, he worked on the silver screen, taking roles in "Flipper's New Adventure" (1964) with Luke Halpin and the Pat Boone adventure "The Perils of Pauline" (1967). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The Everly Brothers Show" (ABC, 1969-1970). Higgins also appeared in the drama "Six Pack Annie" (1975) with Lindsay Bloom and the comedy "Record City" (1977) with Leonard Barr. Additionally, he appeared on the television special "The George Kirby Special" (ABC, 1970-71). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Sigmund and the Sea Monsters" (NBC, 1973-76). Higgins more recently acted in "Milo Milo" (1979).
