Biography
Peter Davies was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Davies started his entertainment career by acting in comedies like the Jo Kennedy film "Starstruck" (1982) and the Chris Haywood film "The Clinic" (1982). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including parts on "All My Children" (ABC, 1969-2011) and "Loving" (ABC, 1982-1996). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Killer Rules" (NBC, 1992-93). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in the Terry Serio action movie "Fast Lane Fever" (1984) and "28 Up" (1985) with Nicholas Hitchon. He also played parts in television during these years, including roles in "The Mind" (PBS, 1988-89) and "Law & Order" (NBC, 1990-2010). Additionally, he appeared on the television special "Through Thick & Thin" (ABC, 1995-96). Davies acted in films like "Bad Company" (2002) and the thriller "Restraint" (2008) with Travis Fimmel. He also worked in television during these years, including roles in "The Sopranos" (HBO, 1998-2006) and "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-). Most recently, Davies appeared on the documentary "56 Up" (2013) with Jackie Bassett.
