Biography
Kevin Curran is a television writer and producer who has made his mark on some of the most long-lasting, popular, and critically acclaimed comedy series. His first major stint as a comedy writer came in 1984 when he joined the talented staff of "Late Night with David Letterman." Curran contributed to the iconic late-night show for five years, garnering several Emmy nominations and two wins. He went on to become a producer and writer for the sitcom "Married with Children," a portrait of one of America's favorite dysfunctional (and slow-witted) families. Starting in 1998, Curran also produced for America's other train wreck of a nuclear family, "The Simpsons." In 2002, he came onboard as a writer as well, helping draft some of the funniest and most memorable vignettes in the history of the show. From sketch comedy to live-action sitcoms and animated satire, Kevin Curran has ensured himself a diverse and celebrated legacy.
