Biography
A former Playboy centerfold (September 1995), Donna D'Errico achieved her dream of an acting career within months of her magazine spread. The petite blonde debuted in a guest spot on The WB comedy "Unhappily Ever After" and went on to appear on "Married...With Children" (Fox) and in a Tostitos commercial before landing the role of Donna Marco, friend and co-hort of Mitch Buchannon (David Hasselhoff) on the syndicated "Baywatch Nights" half-way into the first season. Her character proved so popular that she simultaneously appeared on the parent series "Baywatch" from 1996 to 1998. Born in Alabama and raised in Georgia, D'Errico was working as sales assistant in a jewelry store when she decided she wanted more. Traveling with a boyfriend, she settled in Las Vegas where she worked briefly as a stripper before dumping the boyfriend and that line of work. D'Errico was driving a limousine when she was spotted by a PLAYBOY scout while grocery shopping. After her appearance as Miss September (1995), her career took off. She posed for the magazine a second time in the autumn of 1996. Since opting out of lifeguard duty, D'Errico had a recurring role as the girlfriend of "Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher" (The WB) in 1998 and had her first feature role as the femme lead in the direct-to-video release "Candyman: Day of the Dead" (aired on HBO in 1999).
