Linda Hayes was an actress who made a successful career for herself in film. Hayes's earliest roles were in film, including "Conspiracy" (1939), the comedy "The Girl From Mexico" (1939) with Lupe Velez and the Lupe Velez comedy adventure "Mexican Spitfire Out West" (1940). She also appeared in the Robert Armstrong drama "A Man Betrayed" (1941) and the Ralph Bellamy mystery "Ellery Queen and the Perfect Crime" (1941). Her passion for acting continued to her roles in projects like the mystery "The Saint in Palm Springs" (1941) with George Sanders, "Ridin' Down the Canyon" (1942) and the western "Romance on the Range" (1942) with Roy Rogers. She also appeared in the Roy Rogers western "South of Santa Fe" (1942) and the action movie "Coffy" (1973) with Pam Grier. In the eighties through the 2010s, Hayes lent her talents to projects like "Every Stray Dog and Kid" (NBC, 1981-82), "The Vicki Lawrence Show" (Fox, 1995-98) and "Virtual Sexuality" (1999) starring Laura Fraser. Her credits also expanded to "Hillbilly Blood" (2012-15). Hayes most recently worked on "Land Rush" (Discovery Channel, 2014-15). Hayes was married to Lou Crosby.
