Choo worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Police Academy: The Series" "Death Game" (Showtime, 1996-97) and "John Woo's Once a Thief" (Fox, 1996-97). He then began to act on "Beggars and Choosers" (1999-2001), "Dark Angel" (Fox, 2000-02) and "Special Unit 2" (UPN, 2000-02). He also appeared in "Jeremiah" (Showtime, 2001-05). More recently, Choo acted on "UC: Undercover" (NBC, 2001-02).
