Nick Carter's pop star talents led him to appear in an array of Hollywood productions. Carter worked in television around the start of his acting career with a role on "American Dreams" (NBC, 2002-05). He appeared in a number of television specials, including "Backstreet Boys in Concert" (1998-99), "Teen People's 21 Hottest Stars Under 21" (ABC, 1998-99) and "Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life" (CBS, 2000-01). Carter also contributed music to "Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius" (2001) with Frank Welker. In the early 2000s, Carter devoted his time to various credits, such as "The Wild Thornberrys Movie" (2002) starring Lacey Chabert, "What a Girl Wants" (2003) starring Amanda Bynes and "Dancing With the Stars" (ABC, 2004-). In the early 2000s and the 2010s, Carter lent his talents to projects like "House of Carters" (E! Networks, 2006-07), the Seth Rogen and Jay Baruchel hit "This Is The End" (2013) and "I Heart Nick Carter" (VH1, 2014-15). Most recently, Carter appeared on "Backstreet Boys: Show 'Em What You're Made Of" (2015).
