Biography
Jason Byrne worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. He also appeared in the TV movie "Alice in Wonderland" (NBC, 1998-99). He appeared in a number of television specials, including "The World's Greatest Magic II" (NBC, 1995-96) and "The Art of Magic" (PBS, 1997-98). Following that project, he acted on the silver screen, including roles in the Peter McDonald comedy "I Went Down" (1998) and the crime drama "The General" (1998) with Brendan Gleeson. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Masters of Illusion" (MyNetwork TV, 2008-09). Byrne continued to exercise his talent in the early 2000s and the 2010s, taking on a mix of projects like "Rats and Cats" with Anya Beyersdorf (2009), "It's A Funny Old Week With Jason Manford" (ITV 1, 2014-15) and "Safeword" (ITV 2, 2014-15). His credits also expanded to "The John Bishop Show" (BBC 1, 2014-15). Byrne most recently worked on "Wild Things" (Sky 1, 2014-15).
