He continued to work in television in the nineties, directing programs like "M.A.N.T.I.S." (1994-95), "Sliders" (1994-99) and "Poltergeist: The Legacy" (Syfy, 1995-2000). He also appeared in "Total Recall 2070" (Showtime, 1998-2000). More recently, Azzopardi directed "Dinotopia" (2002-03), , "Stargate: Atlantis" (2003-08), , and "Angela's Eyes" (2006-07), Azzopardi most recently directed the John Rhys-Davies drama "Saul: The Journey to Damascus" (2015).
