At the tender age of six, Linda Bove began her entertainment career as an actress. Bove started her acting career in various dramas, including "Search For Tomorrow" (CBS, 1951-1987). She had an early role on the television special "Sesame Street, Special" (PBS, 1987-88). Bove began her entertainment career acting in films like "Children of A Lesser God" (1986) with William Hurt. She also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "Sesame Street... 20 and Still Counting" (1988-89), "Big Bird's Birthday or Let Me Eat Cake" (PBS, 1990-91) and "Sesame Street Stays Up Late! A Monster New Year's Eve Party" (PBS, 1993-94). In the nineties and the early 2000s, Bove lent her talents to projects like "The Land Before Time V: The Mysterious Island" with Brandon LaCroix (1997), "Souvenir" with Stanton Miranda (1998) and "Weeds" (Showtime, 2004-2012). Most recently, Bove worked on "Sweet Nothing in My Ear" (CBS, 2007-08).
