Biography
David Blackwood was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He also appeared in the TV movie "Stunt Seven" (CBS, 1978-79). During the early stages of his Hollywood career, Blackwood mainly held acting roles in films like "Best Seller" (1987). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Miracle at Beekman's Place" (NBC, 1988-89). He also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "Juarez" (ABC, 1987-88) and "America Behind Closed Doors" (CBS, 1991-92). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Seinfeld" (NBC, 1989-1998). Blackwood more recently wrote the comedic adaptation "Fools Die Fast" (1995) with Peter Outerbridge.
