Later, Gordon acted in the dramatic adaptation "Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit" (1990) with Geraldine McEwan, the dramatic period piece "Chasing the Deer" (1994) with Brian Blessed and "Jacob" (TNT, 1994-95). More recently, Gordon appeared in "Summer in the Suburbs" (BBC, 2000-01).
