Frank Beard brought his musical talents to a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Beard's early music mostly appeared in comedies like "Dazed and Confused" (1993), "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III" (1993) with Elias Koteas and the Tim Allen blockbuster "The Santa Clause" (1994). An actor as well as a musician, Beard played a part in "Mother Goose Rock 'n' Rhyme" (Disney, 1989-1990). In the nineties and the early 2000s, Beard's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the Chris Farley action picture "Beverly Hills Ninja" (1997), the Bruce Willis hit action movie "Armageddon" (1998) and the Jackie Chan action flick "Shanghai Noon" (2000). His work was also in "Walking Tall" (2004) with Dwayne Johnson and the action film "The Dukes of Hazzard" (2005) with Johnny Knoxville. Beard's music was also featured in the Elijah Wood smash hit animated adventure "Happy Feet" (2006), the Steve Carell smash hit comedy sequel "Evan Almighty" (2007) and the Nicolas Cage hit action movie "Ghost Rider" (2007). His music was also featured in the adventurous drama "The Bucket List" (2007) with Jack Nicholson. Beard's music was most recently featured in "Machine Gun Preacher" (2011).
