Biography
Lindsay Beamish was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. She had a part on the television special "A Place at the Table" (NBC, 1987-88). She also appeared in the TV movie "A Fight For Jenny" (NBC, 1986-87). She worked in television in her early acting career as well, including a part on "The Pretender" (1996-2000). She continued to work steadily in television dramas throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, appearing on "Vengeance Unlimited" (ABC, 1998-99), "Strong Medicine" (Lifetime, 1999-2005) and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (CBS, 2000-2015). During these years, she also worked in film, earning a part in "Guinevere" (1999). Recently, she tackled roles on "Gilmore Girls" (2000-07) and "Six Feet Under" (HBO, 2000-05). Beamish focused on film in more recent years, appearing in "The Flats" (2002) with Chad Lindberg and "Shortbus" (2006). Beamish most recently acted in "Forgetting the Girl" (2013).
