Dorie Barton was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Her career began with roles in "Nowhere Man" (1995-96), "Maybe This Time" (ABC, 1995-96) and "John Grisham's The Client" (CBS, 1995-96). She also appeared in "The Sentinel" (UPN, 1995-99) and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (CBS, 2000-2015). She had an early role on the television special "Crosstown" (CBS, 1995-96). In the early 2000s, she worked on the silver screen, taking roles in "Do You Wanna Know a Secret?" (2002), "Down With Love" (2003) with Renee Zellweger and the Robert De Niro blockbuster comedy sequel "Meet the Fockers" (2004). She also worked in television around this time, including a part on "What About Joan" (ABC, 2000-02). In the early 2000s and the 2010s, she then appeared in the Ray Romano comedy "Grilled" (2007), the comedy "All About Steve" (2009) with Sandra Bullock and the Joel Murray black comedy "God Bless America" (2012). She held additional roles in television including a part on "Freddie" (2005-06). Most recently, Barton acted on "Liv and Maddie" (Disney, 2013-17).
