With impressive credits to Armstrong's name, audiences best know of Michasha Armstrong from Armstrong's roles in dramatic television series. Armstrong's acting career in television began with credits on "Stargate SG-1" (1997-2006), "7 Days" (UPN, 1998-2001) and "Secret Agent Man" (UPN, 1999-2000). Armstrong also appeared in "Mysterious Ways" (2000-02), "Dark Angel" (Fox, 2000-02) and "Smallville" (2001-2011). In the early 2000s, Armstrong worked on the silver screen, taking roles in the Patrick Stewart blockbuster action picture "X2: X-Men United" (2003), "Catwoman" (2004) with Halle Berry and "Underworld: Evolution" (2006) with Kate Beckinsale. Armstrong also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Supernatural" (2005-). Armstrong shifted from film to television work through the 2010s, appearing on "Once Upon a Time" (2011-), "Arrow" (CW, 2012-) and "Continuum" (Syfy, 2012-15). Armstrong also appeared in "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" (Hallmark Channel, 2013-14). Most recently, Armstrong acted on "The Flash" (CW, 2014-).
