Biography
Nora Gaye was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. She also starred in the TV movies "Return of the Rebels" (1981-82), "Forbidden Love" (CBS, 1982-83) and "Mickey Spillane's Mike Hammer: More Than Murder" (CBS, 1983-84). Gaye launched her entertainment career by acting in films like "Breathless" (1983). Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "This Wife For Hire" (ABC, 1984-85). During these years, she additionally appeared in film, receiving a role in the Danny DeVito comedy "The Ratings Game" (1984). She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Scene of the Crime" (NBC, 1984-85). Gaye focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the Ray Sharkey drama "duBEAT-e-o" (1984) and "Private Resort" (1985) with Rob Morrow. She also was featured in the TV movie "Shakedown on the Sunset Strip" (CBS, 1987-88). Gaye more recently worked on "Raven Hawk" (HBO, 1995-96).
