Biography
Actor Lance August built quite an exciting career starring in various thrilling action movies. In the early stages of his Hollywood career, August acted in comedies like "Project X" (1987) starring Matthew Broderick and "Three Fugitives" (1989) with Nick Nolte and Martin Short. He also appeared in the TV movie "The Heroes of Desert Storm" (ABC, 1991-92). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the Bo Hopkins adventure "The Legend of Wolf Mountain" (1992). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Alien Avengers" (Showtime, 1995-96). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Chicago Hope" (CBS, 1994-2000). More recently, he continued to act in the Kurt Russell action flick "Executive Decision" (1996) and "Nothing to Lose" (1997) with Martin Lawrence. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The Burning Zone" (UPN, 1996-97). August most recently acted on "7 Days" (UPN, 1998-2001).
