Biography
Producer and writer turned director. Anderson began his career as a location manager on the fantasy film "Masters of the Universe" (1987). From there he began working as a production manager on such films as the Oscar-winning short "Ray's Male Heterosexual Dance Hall" (1988). In 1988 Anderson produced the films "Homesick," "...They Haven't Seen This...," "Mr. Fixit," "Teach 109" and "Peacemaker." He released his short film "Hearts of Stone" (1989). Anderson marked his feature writing and directing debut with "South Central" (1992), produced by Oliver Stone.
