Early on, Fullerton mostly landed roles in various films, including the dramatic adaptation "Philip" (1969) with Mark Lester, the biopic "Nicholas and Alexandra" (1971) with Michael Jayston and "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" (1972). She also appeared in "The Human Factor" (1980) and the action picture "A View to a Kill" (1985) with Roger Moore. She also appeared in the TV movie "Gauguin the Savage" (CBS, 1979-1980). Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "A Hazard of Hearts" (CBS, 1987-88). She also landed roles in the miniseries "Hold the Dream" (1986-87), "Shaka Zulu" (1986-87) and "Hemingway" (1987-88). She also worked in television around this time, including a part on "The Charmer" (PBS, 1988-89). She also appeared in "Harry & Harriet" (1991). She held additional roles in television including a part on "A Taste For Death" (PBS, 1989). She also had a part in the TV miniseries "To Be the Best" (1991-92). Most recently, Fullerton appeared in "The Unpleasant World of Penn and Teller" (Comedy Central, 2000-01).
