Biography
Howard French was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He also appeared in the TV movie "Dream Date" (NBC, 1989-1990). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including a part on "Murder, She Wrote" (CBS, 1984-1996). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "The Court-Martial of Jackie Robinson" (TNT, 1990-91). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Sisters" (1990-96). As his entertainment career progressed, he appeared in "I Come in Peace" (1990). In his more recent career, he tackled roles on "Hearts Afire" (CBS, 1992-95) and "NYPD Blue" (1993-2005). Additionally, he appeared on the television special "The Bureau" (ABC, 1995-96). French most recently acted in the Jurnee Smollett drama "Tyler Perry's Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor" (2013).
