Biography
Jack Ford was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Ford worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "20/20" (ABC, 1977-), "NBC Nightly News With Brian Williams" (NBC, 1983-2012) and "P.J. and the President's Son" (ABC, 1976-77). He also contributed to "That Delicate Balance II: Our Bill of Rights" (PBS, 1991-92), "The Joy Luck Club" (1993) and "The Lady Takes a Flyer" (1958) starring Lana Turner. He also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "The People vs. O.J. Simpson" (1993-94), "Betty Ford: One Day at a Time" (1998-99) and "The Impeachment Debate: An MSNBC Town Hall Meeting" (MSNBC, 1998-99). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in the Sean Connery hit action movie "The Rock" (1996) and the Robin Williams smash hit dramatic adaptation "Patch Adams" (1998). He held additional roles in television including a part on "American Dreams" (NBC, 2002-05). Additionally, he could be seen on a variety of television specials like "The Presidency and the Law: An MSNBC Town Hall Meeting" (MSNBC, 1998-99) and "Gerald Ford: Healing the Presidency" (1999-2000). Most recently, Ford acted on "Living it up with Ali & Jack" (2003-04). Ford was married to Dorothy Ford and had two children.
