She worked in television in her early acting career as well, including a part on "Quantum Leap" (NBC, 1988-1993). She appeared in a number of television specials, including "The Day My Kid Went Punk" (ABC, 1987-88) and "Fort Figueroa" (CBS, 1987-88). She also landed a role in the miniseries "The Big One: The Great Los Angeles Earthquake" (1990-91). She next focused her entertainment career on film, appearing in the sci-fi picture "Seedpeople" (1992) with Sam Hennings and the fantastical comedy "Mr. Payback" (1995) with Billy Warlock. Fields's more recent roles included the Olivier Gruner action film "Interceptor Force" (1999) and "Wild Roomies" (2004). Most recently, Fields acted in the Julian Lamont drama "The Still Life" (2007).
