Michael Evans was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Evans started his acting career landing roles in films, such as the Janet Leigh comedic adaptation "Bye Bye Birdie" (1963), the spy thriller "The Double Affair" (1966) with Robert Vaughn and "The Plainsman" (1966) with Don Murray. Evans started his acting career landing roles in films, such as the Janet Leigh comedic adaptation "Bye Bye Birdie" (1963), the spy thriller "The Double Affair" (1966) with Robert Vaughn and "The Plainsman" (1966) with Don Murray. He also appeared in "Riot on Sunset Strip" (1967). He also starred in the TV movies "U.M.C." (1968-69), "The Challengers" (CBS, 1969-1970) and "Call Her Mom" (ABC, 1971-72). He also starred in the TV movies "Killer By Night" (1971-72), "The Voyage of the Yes" (CBS, 1972-73) and "Death Among Friends" (NBC, 1974-75). He also landed roles in the miniseries "Rich Man, Poor Man" (1975-76) and "Flesh and Blood" (1979-1980). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The Young and the Restless" (CBS, 1972-2015). Evans focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the adventure "Time After Time" (1979) with Malcolm McDowell, "The Sword and the Sorcerer" (1982) and "Angelo, My Love" (1983). He also had a part in the TV miniseries "Goliath Awaits" (1981-82). He also lent his distinctive voice to "Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends" (NBC, 1981-86). Evans last appeared in "Night Partners" (CBS, 1983-84). Evans passed away in September 2007 at the age of 87.
