Biography
Actor Billy Elmer appeared on the big screen many times over the course of his Hollywood career. Elmer's career beginnings included film roles in "Ready Money" (1914), the Dustin Farnum adaptation "The Squaw Man" (1914) and "The Road Demon" (1921). He went on to act in the drama "The Magnificent Ambersons" (1942) with Joseph Cotten, "Silent Witness" (NBC, 1985-86) and "Rock 'n' Roll Mom" (ABC, 1987-88). He also appeared in "Showtime Comedy Club All-Stars III" (Showtime, 1989-1990). Later in his career, Elmer acted in the comedy "Fear of A Black Hat" (1994) with Mark Christopher Lawrence.
