Biography
An accomplished film actor, Darren Boyd brought laughter to countless audiences while playing various roles over the course of his Hollywood career. Boyd's acting career began with roles in action films like "High Heels and Low Lives" (2001) with Minnie Driver and Mary McCormack. His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "Magicians" (2007) with Robert Webb. He also landed a role in the miniseries "Little Dorrit" (2008-09). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Veep" (HBO, 2011-). He also lent his voice to the Rupert Grint animated picture "Metegol" (2013). In his more recent career, he continued to act in "The World's End" (2013) with Simon Pegg and the comedic adaptation "Alan Partridge" (2014) with Steve Coogan. He also had a part in the TV miniseries "The Guilty" (2013-14). Boyd most recently acted on "Fortitude" (Pivot, 2014-15).
