Howard worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Friday the 13th Part VIII - Jason Takes Manhattan" (1989), "Immediate Family" with Glenn Close (1989) and "Jennifer Eight" (1992) starring Andy Garcia. He also contributed to "Outback" with Jeff Fahey (1988), "Parenthood" (1989) starring Steve Martin and the Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford hit "Return of the Jedi" (1983) In the nineties and the early 2000s, Howard devoted his time to various credits, such as "Hush Little Baby" (USA, 1993-94), "North of Pittsburgh" (1993) and "Search For Justice With Fred Goldman" (UPN, 1997-98). He also worked on "Dead Husbands" (USA, 1998-99), "Big Bad Love" (2002) starring Arliss Howard and "Dawn Anna" (Lifetime, 2004-05).
