Catherine Mouchet was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on in her acting career, Mouchet landed roles in various films, including "Therese" (1986), "Si le soleil ne revenait pas" (1987) and "Bonsoir!" (1994). She also appeared in "Late August, Early September" (1999) with Virginie Ledoyen, "Ma petite entreprise" (1999) and "Extension du domaine de la lutte" (1999). She kept working in film throughout the early 2000s, starring in the thrilling adaptation "Mortal Transfer" (2001) with Jean-Hugues Anglade, "Le Pornographe" (2001) with Jean-Pierre Léaud and "Rue des Plaisirs" (2002) with Patrick Timsit. She also appeared in the dramatic adaptation "Les Destinees" (2002) with Emmanuelle Béart. In her more recent career, she tackled roles in "Madame Irma" (2006), the dramatic adaptation "Captain Ahab" (2008) with Denis Lavant and the drama "Dans tes bras" (2009) with Michèle Laroque. She also appeared in the drama "Family Tree" (2010) with Guy Marchand and the Vincent Cassel suspenseful adaptation "The Monk" (2013). Mouchet most recently acted in the Guslagie Malanga drama "My Friend Victoria" (2015).
