Stephen Tompkinson was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Tompkinson worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "And a Nightingale Sang" (PBS, 1989-1990), "Brassed Off" (1997) starring Tara Fitzgerald and "The Winter's Tale" (HBO, 1995-96). He also contributed to "Twelfth Night" (HBO, 1992-93). He also appeared in the TV special "Lucky Jim" (PBS, 2001-02). Later, he earned a role in the Toni Collette fantastical comedy "Hotel Splendide" (2000). He also was featured in the TV movie "Miss Marple: The Murder at the Vicarage" (PBS, 2004-05). Most recently, Tompkinson acted in "A Dark Reflection" (2015).
