Best known for roles in family-friendly comedy series and films, Jennifer Freeman's career started in 2000 with single-episode appearances on "7th Heaven" and the teen sitcom "Even Stevens." Her comedic timing got her noticed, and within a year she was co-starring on "My Wife and Kids," a sitcom about a working-class African-American family. Freeman took over the role of Claire Marie Kyle for the show's second season, and stayed on until the series finale in 2005. Her movie roles during this time included the street dancing drama "You Got Served" and the comedy "Johnson Family Vacation" starring Cedric the Entertainer.
