Biography
William Dexter's acting talents were showcased on the big screen many times throughout the course of his Hollywood career. Dexter's career beginnings included film roles in the Rita Tushingham comedy adaptation "The Knack... and How to Get It" (1965) and the dramatic adaptation "My Lover, My Son" (1970) with Romy Schneider. He then acted in "The Strauss Family" (1972-73), the Simon Ward biopic "Young Winston" (1972) and "Spell of Evil" (ABC, 1973-74). He also appeared in "The Devonsville Terror" (1982). Later in his career, Dexter acted in "Twister's Revenge" (1989) with Dean West.
