Biography
Anthony DeLongis was an accomplished actor who appeared in many action-packed flicks over the course of his Hollywood career. DeLongis began his acting career appearing in various films, such as "The Silent Flute" (1979) starring David Carradine, "Jaguar Lives!" (1979) with Joe Lewis and the drama "In Search of Historic Jesus" (1979) with John Rubinstein. He also appeared in the Lee Horsley action flick "The Sword and the Sorcerer" (1982) and "The Warrior and the Sorceress" (1983) with David Carradine. DeLongis also contributed his voice to characters in the animated adventure "Starchaser: The Legend of Orin" (1985) with Barbara Harris & Company. He kept working in film throughout the eighties and the nineties, starring in the Patrick Swayze action picture "Road House" (1989), the adventurous drama "Far and Away" (1992) with Tom Cruise and "Final Round" (1993). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the Jet Li action movie "Jet Li's Fearless" (2006). He followed this recognition with roles in "Grimm" (2011-17), and "Gangster Squad" (2013) with Josh Brolin, DeLongis most recently worked on the Nicholas Braun horror flick "Freaks of Nature" (2015).
