Duilio Del Prete was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In his early acting career, Prete appeared in such films as "Le Monache di Sant'Archangelo" (1972), "The Assassination of Trotsky" (1972) and the Ugo Tognazzi comedy "Vogliamo I Colonnelli" (1972). He also appeared in the comedy "Alfredo, Alfredo" (1973) with Dustin Hoffman and "Daisy Miller" (1973). He kept working in film throughout the seventies and the eighties, starring in "Sessomatto" (1973), the Ugo Tognazzi dramedy "Amici Miei" (1975) and the musical "At Long Last Love" (1975) with Burt Reynolds. He also appeared in "La Divina Creatura" (1975) and the Pierre Mondy comedy "Le Cadeau" (1982). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the crime feature "I Giorni del commissario Ambrosio" (1988) with Ugo Tognazzi, the Helmut Griem drama "A Proposito di Quella Strana Ragazza" (1989) and the comedic adventure "Panama Sugar" (1990) with Oliver Reed.
