Actor Tony Crane was most commonly known for his roles in television dramas. In 1990, he had a recurring role on the syndicated sitcom "Out of This World." Crane started his acting career in various dramas, including "Touched By an Angel" (CBS, 1994-2003) and "JAG" (CBS, 1995-2005). He also landed roles in various films, such as the dramatic comedy "The War of the Roses" (1989) with Michael Douglas and "An American Summer" (1991). In the nineties, he shifted his entertainment career towards more dramatic roles, appearing on "The Big Easy" (USA, 1996-98), "The Practice" (ABC, 1996-2004) and "Judging Amy" (CBS, 1999-2005). He also appeared in "Wasteland" (Showtime, 1999-2001). He also worked in film during these years, including a part on the Tammy Lauren fantasy "Wes Craven Presents Wishmaster" (1997). More recently, he tackled roles on "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (2000-2015), "She Spies" (2002-04) and "Six Degrees" (ABC, 2006-07). He also appeared in "Ugly Betty" (ABC, 2006-2010). He also appeared in "S1M0NE" (2002). Most recently, Crane acted on "Elementary" (CBS, 2012-).
