Biography
Actor Tarik Lowe was most commonly known for his roles in television dramas. At the start of his acting career, Lowe appeared in dramatic series like "Law & Order" (NBC, 1990-2010) and "Blue Bloods" (CBS, 2010-). Lowe launched his entertainment career by acting in films like the Meryl Streep dramatic adaptation "Music of the Heart" (1999). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the 2010s, appearing on "Major Crimes" (2011-), "Forever" (ABC, 2014-15) and "Donny!" (USA, 2015-). He also appeared in "Outsiders" (WGN America, 2015-). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in "Supporting Characters" (2013) and the drama "Whiplash" (2014) with Miles Teller. Lowe most recently acted in the Louisa Krause horror flick "Ava's Possessions" (2016).
