Biography
Linda Pierce was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Pierce worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "In the Heat of the Night" (CBS, 1987-1994). She additionally landed roles in the TV movies "A Stoning in Fulham County" (1988-89), "Terror on Highway 91" (CBS, 1988-89) and "A Son's Promise" (ABC, 1989). Additionally, she later acted in the Natasha Richardson dramatic adaptation "The Handmaid's Tale" (1990). She also starred in the TV movies "Web of Deceit" (1990-91), "Murder in New Hampshire: The Pamela Smart Story" (CBS, 1991-92) and "She Says She's Innocent" (NBC, 1991-92). Pierce had a number of different projects under her belt in the nineties, including "The Cosby Mysteries" (NBC, 1994-95), "Striptease" (1996) and "The Last Days of Disco" (1998). Her credits also expanded to "Wild Things" (1998) starring Kevin Bacon. Most recently, Pierce worked on "The Crew" (2000).
