Biography
Johnnie Mae was an actor who worked in television most of his Hollywood career. He began his acting career with roles in the series "Law & Order" (1990-2010), "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-) and "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" (2001-2011). He also appeared in "30 Rock" (NBC, 2006-2013). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the early 2000s and the 2010s, appearing on "Louie" (2009-2015), "The Big C" (Showtime, 2009-2013) and "Blue Bloods" (CBS, 2010-). He also appeared in "Boardwalk Empire" (HBO, 2010). Additionally, he later acted in "Premium" (2007). More recently, he tackled roles on "Broad City" (Comedy Central, 2013-) and "The Leftovers" (HBO, 2013-). Johnnie Mae focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the action movie "The Son of No One" (2011) with Channing Tatum and the Leonardo DiCaprio smash hit crime drama "The Wolf of Wall Street" (2013). Johnnie Mae most recently acted on "The Jim Gaffigan Show" (TV Land, 2014-16).
