Biography
Sam Vance was an actor most commonly known for his memorable roles in television. He began his acting career with roles in the series "NYPD Blue" (1993-2005), "The Practice" (ABC, 1996-2004) and "Charmed" (WB, 1998-2006). He also appeared in "Monk" (USA, 2001-09) and "CSI: Miami" (CBS, 2002-2012). He continued to work steadily in television dramas throughout the early 2000s, appearing on "Without A Trace" (CBS, 2002-09), "The Lyon's Den" (NBC, 2003-04) and "Threat Matrix" (2003-04). He also appeared in "Medium" (2004-2011). More recently, he tackled roles on "Saving Grace" (2006-09), "Modern Family" (ABC, 2009-) and "The League" (FX, 2009-15). He also appeared in the dramatic comedy "Finding Amanda" (2008) with Matthew Broderick. Most recently, Vance worked on "Hungry Investors" (Spike TV, 2013-14).
