Wasserman made acting appearances on "Law & Order" (1990-2010), "Judging Amy" (CBS, 1999-2005) and "Madigan Men" (ABC, 2000-01). He also appeared in "The District" (2000-04), "24" (Fox, 2001-2010) and "Without A Trace" (CBS, 2002-09). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the early 2000s, appearing on "Las Vegas" (2003-08), "CSI: New York" (CBS, 2004-2013) and "House" (Fox, 2004-2012). He also appeared in "The Closer" (2004-2011), "Weeds" (Showtime, 2004-2012) and "Burn Notice" (USA, 2006-2013). Additionally, he appeared on the television special "Comedy Central Roast of Larry the Cable Guy" (Comedy Central, 2008-09). He also acted in films like the Alfonso Freeman thriller "Ten 'til Noon" (2007) and the James Marsden family sequel "Cats & Dogs: Revenge of Kitty Galore" (2010). He also worked in television during these years, including roles in "Life" (NBC, 2007-09) and "Swingtown" (CBS, 2007-08).
