Biography
Renowned as a recording artist, Jesse McCartney has also been active in film and television. After a role on the soap "All My Children," McCartney went on to pop stardom, working in acting gigs on occasion. In 2004, he joined the cast of the TV drama "Summerland." Moving on to voice acting, McCartney played the sullen character JoJo in the CGI-animated version of Dr. Seuss' "Horton Hears a Who!" and the pint-sized Theodore in the 2007 big-screen reboot of "Alvin and the Chipmunks" and its sequels. In addition to voice work for the "Tinker Bell" film series, McCartney also appeared in the 2012 horror movie "Chernobyl Diaries."
