Biography
Michael Hobbs was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Hobbs started off his acting career in various television sitcoms, including "Birds of a Feather" (1989-2016). He also appeared in the TV movie "Neil Simon's "London Suite"" (NBC, 1996-97). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, appearing on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (1999-), "Third Watch" (NBC, 1999-2005) and "Sex and the City" (HBO, 2000). He also appeared in "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" (2001-2011). Hobbs focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the Robert Pattinson romance "Remember Me" (2010) and the Michelle Williams dramatic adaptation "My Week With Marilyn" (2011). He also was featured in the TV movie "Mystery!: Inspector Lewis" (PBS, 2005-06). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The Good Wife" (CBS, 2009-2016). Hobbs most recently acted on "Endeavour" (PBS, 2012-).
