Biography
A tall, handsome actor with years of modeling under his belt, Daniel Cosgrove first caught the attention of daytime viewers in November 1996 when he assumed the role of Scott Chandler on ABC's "All My Children." The Connecticut native was working as a bailiff in the New Haven County sheriff's office when he was tapped for the role. While still portraying the teen heartthrob during the day, Cosgrove filmed his first movie role, a blink and you've missed it part as a former college chum of Paul Rudd's George Hanson in "The Object of My Affection" (1998). Trading daytime suds for primetime, he joined the cast of Fox's long-running "Beverly Hills, 90210" in the fall of 1998, portraying an idealistic lawyer whose life intertwines with the series' regulars.
