Biography
It seemed likely that Lindy Booth's family had an inkling of her future occupation during her early childhood, when she began producing plays for them in the living room, complete with homemade playbills. Born in Ontario, Canada in 1979, Booth had an encouraging drama teacher at her high school, who helped her secure an agent soon after graduating. By 1998, she had landed her first major role as a co-star on the series "Eerie, Indiana: The Other Dimension" (Syndicated, 1998). With that, Booth was off and running. She would co-star on the series "Relic Hunter" (Syndicated, 1999-2002) just a few years later, and would also appear in a number of feature films including "Wrong Turn" (2003), "Dawn of the Dead" (2004), and perhaps most memorably, "Kick-Ass 2" (2013), in which she played the dark superhero somewhat cheekily named Night Bitch. Booth would also find continued success in her work on television, co-starring on the short-lived cult favorite "The Philanthropist" (NBC, 2009), and later taking on the co-starring role of Cassandra Cillian on the fantasy adventure series "The Librarians" (TNT, 2014-). In between shooting on the series, Booth also found time to star in the thriller "The Creatress" (2018).
