Biography
Actor Ben Weber has appeared in a variety of television programs, commercials, and movies since the late 1990s. Weber's acting career got off to a fast start when he landed a small role in the 1996 box office blockbuster "Twister," and shortly thereafter an extended role (as the character Skipper Johnston) in the hit HBO series "Sex and the City." The early 21st century saw Weber continue to appear in both movies (2001's "Kissing Jessica Stein") and television shows ("Everwood"), as well as being one of the original "cavemen" in the popular GEICO television advertising campaign. A few years later, Weber appeared in a handful of episodes on two of the era's most popular television shows, "ER" and "The West Wing," before he landed an extended role on "The Secret Life of the American Teenager." In addition to acting, Weber is also a writer and director, as evidenced by his 2003 film, "Little Red Light."
